Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in New London.

Purchase price: $159,000
Cash invested: $1,000

I am currently living/working on one side of the duplex as I rent the other out, once completed with most of deth paid off I plan on moving to a bigger project and slowly work my self up.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted more Financial freedom so when the time come to take care of my family I will be set.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

One of the people I work with is selling his houses before retirement and I happened to find this deal to good to pass up.
