Inherited property in Hawaiian Paradise Park

Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Keaau.

I inherited this house from my mother many years ago. At the time, I did not know anything about real estate investing. Once I owned the house, I hired a property manager and just allowed them to collect the rent and fix whatever needs to be fixing. This property is on 1 acre of land. 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Water catchment. There is an association fee that keeps getting more and more expensive. The fee is to fix the roads since we don't get funds from the county.
