[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Looking to make my first deal and would like some extra eyes... Rent is under market, but don't want to raise right away to hit my $200 per door number. Thought I would (after current leases run out) raising just $50 a year until they hit my target. Market is between $750 and $800. Unless of course someone leaves then new tenant will get market rent. Thanks in advance for any advice!!
