Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $240,000
Cash invested: $100,000

Highly desired area of University Hills. This property was in very bad shape. The worst of it being the failing retaining wall. We have had many bumps in the road and are almost complete. Had our first showing and it was well received.
