Investment Info:

Mobile home other investment.

Purchase price: $14,000
Cash invested: $500

5 acres with home, move the home to my park and sell the land for more than I paid for it. So I get a free Mobil home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I found it to be the best way to fill my mobile home parks.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wholesaler. I didn’t negotiate as the land is worth $30,000 alone.

How did you finance this deal?

Equity line

How did you add value to the deal?

Moved the home which I’ll rent for $700 and I may sell the land outright or do a lease option.

What was the outcome?

Increase my cash flow by $700 on the home and either cash or a few hundred in monthly payments on land.
