Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Greeneville.

Purchase price: $87,000
Cash invested: $10,000

After realizing I had spent around $30000+ on rent, I decided to find a place of my own. Then I realized I didn't have the money to make a mortgage payment, so I started looking for a place where someone else could help pay the mortgage for me. I started working with a Realtor friend from church, and after finding a triplex and a duplex for sale in my hometown (I bought the first one I looked at. The duplex was kind of gross, and overpriced.), I ended up with my first property.
