Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $87,000
Cash invested: $7,400
Sale price: $173,000

This was a borderline tear down. We rebuilt a lot of the floor joist throughout the house and were able to add many more decades to the life of the house. Slow rehab but a quick sale!
