Purchased from MLS and negotiated traditionally

How did you add value to the deal?

Full renovation, labor curtosey of yours truly. Removed walls, remodeled kitchen, re modeled bathrooms and replaced flooring, windows and AC.

What was the outcome?

Sold for a profit of $25K

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Don’t live in a house you remodel and outsource labor for a faster turn around.
