Hey everyone, My partner and I used hard money for the first time and the experience was amazing. Longhorn Investments was able to fund our deal in 7 days, the draw schedule was painless and Shere Hansell, the Indianapolis rep went above and beyond, she went to our property to check up on issues and ensured continuity during the entire process. She even put us in touch with some amazing realtors and we all know networking is key, and Shere wasn’t one to hold back. We will be using Longhorn again, and would recommend them to any investor looking for hard money. They pull credit, but only for the score, they are very professional and I can’t recommend them enough. The process was so easy, painless and straight forward. They are fully transparent and look out for the investors best interest.

I’ve been digging around for some info on Constructive as well. I look forward to some responses on one of your posts. Lol
