Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $170,000
Cash invested: $15,000

Property is an AirBNB house / Corporate Housing Rental. In 11 months it has appreciated 35,000 with an appraisal at $205,000. After all bills are paid, it still brings in $1,100 a month profit.
