This is my 6th deal analysis, recently renovated house with a very pretty interior and exterior and new appliances, probably flipped.

Not considering buying this property because of the low/negative return but I am curious about y'alls thoughts on my analysis. Are there numbers or assumptions here that you think are suspect? Let me know, along with any tips you have for finding better deals!
