Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Mcallen.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $1,000
Sale price: $120,000

Bought to flip and found a buyer who wanted it in as is condition. We sold it to him right after closing

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was two blocks from another flip we were doing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Off market. Client was between listing and selling it as is. I offered cash and she took it.
