Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Ventura.

Purchase price: $880,000
Cash invested: $120,000

1031 exchanged a duplex in Oak View CA purchased in 2009 to a fourplex in Ventura. Though it had some deferred maintenance it was still a great buy.
