Rehab project I am thinking of doing.
I found a ranch I made an offer of 80,000 (asking 125,000), Now I calculated that the renovations should cost in around 50,000, plus 2 closing costs, carrying costs, and realtor fee another 30,000. THe comps in the area for a similar property is around 195,000.
So my expence: 80,000+50000+30000= 160000
My sale would be: 195,000
profit: 35,000.
Is this a good deal or not enough profit?
