Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Aliquippa.

I helped out on this one with some of the work and some of the brain storming. I cannot take full credit for it, but since none of my other partners it this project are on BiggerPockets I thought I would post it here.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There is a new factory being built that is expected to fuel economic growth in the Aliquippa/Beaver County area.

What was the outcome?

The house is for sale now, having been listed about 6 weeks ago.
