Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Moosup.

Purchase price: $85,000

Five-family purchased out of Bank REO. 1 out of 5 units occupied at time of purchase. Required $40,000 of improvements. Private lender funded 100% of purchase and 100% of rehab. Was able to cash-out refinance at the 12 month point of ownership.
