This is my first post on BP regarding deal analysis, so any inputs will be really valuable. Apologies if I've made any obvious mistakes and I'll try to rectify them in further posts on this thread. 

Things I'm not entirely sure yet/Would like to get inputs:

1) Never dealt with hard-money lenders so far and would like to know more

2) Never dealt with wholesalers, so keen for feedback on what to look out for

2) I have a breakdown of repairs, will share if required but confident that this will come under 75k (Current estimate is 60k)

Open to any suggestions. 

Other things to note: 

I'm looking to bid this for 340k from wholesaler.
