Rental properties calculator
Hi there,
I was putting data in rental property calculator to assess a cash flow and was not sure that I got accurate results. There was not option to consider two different loans.
What should I do if I would use two loans to buy a property.
For example: one loan from a bank 80% and second 20% from a hard money lender. There is no option to put two loans in the calculator.
Thanks
