Fayetteville Fix and Flip

Posted

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Fayetteville.

Purchase price: $45,000
Cash invested: $25,000
Sale price: $105,000

Renovated the majority of the home. Renovations took 2 months and from list to close another 2 months.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was interested because I liked the idea of getting in and making quick cash.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it through an MLS search.

How did you finance this deal?

Financed through a home equity line of credit (interest only).

What was the outcome?

We had a successful outcome with a full price offer.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I am a realtor and found the listing myself. And yes I would recommend myself to others. I am a member of 2 MLS's (the Longleaf Pine MLS for the Fayetteville, NC and surrounding area AND also the Triangle MLS for the Raleigh, NC and surrounding area).
