Wholesaling from outside the US

Hello, I am just getting started in Real Estate. I live in the Caribbean.  It was recommended that I start with wholesaling. Understandably, most of the advice available is for US-based persons. I would appreciate advice on how to practically make this work. 

I would also like to work with experienced wholesalers. I am good at both sales and marketing and would provide my services in exchange for training and experience. Have been told that i am good at listening. Think that would be an asset anywhere!
