Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment in Waunakee.

Cash invested: $177,000

Funded flip from my Solo401k. Expect to hit market in January. Rinse and repeat, please.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to try out the Solo401k approach as a trial run

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The deal found me thanks to one of my connections through our regular BP meetups.

How did you finance this deal?

Solo401k

What was the outcome?

Outcome looks like it will be good and hit the market right around the first couple weeks of January. It's a great house, in a great neighborhood that should sell quickly.
