Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $192,000
Cash invested: $30,000

This include 4 different SFH's that I am a partner in owning. They cash flow very well and as you can tell buy the numbers they were all bought correctly!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Cash flow and management in place.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This is a turnkey type of deal so the management team found them.

How did you finance this deal?

Local bank.

How did you add value to the deal?

They aren’t rehab’s, however, by buying them correctly they have equity in them from day 1.

What was the outcome?

Cash flowing well.
