What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I was young and wanted to buy near a college
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Sell by owner. It was all personality to be honest
How did you finance this deal?
FHA waited for the equity to go up and refinanced to a conventional to get rid of the PMI
How did you add value to the deal?
I didn't, it was simply being young and wanting a house
