Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $152,000
Cash invested: $12,000

Huge fixer upper with lots of budgeting involved in the rehab. The house is currently worth around $250,000 in my area!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The price was just to good to ignore.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Worked with a good realtor and he negotiated the whole deal on my offer of $152,500.

How did you add value to the deal?

Full gut job upstairs and most of downstairs.
