Cash invested: $15,000

2bd, 1b, 2-car detached garage, Bungalow

How did you add value to the deal?

Full bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel to open concept, new windows, roof, and paint. I'm fixing issues and doing the work myself.

What was the outcome?

Currently a live-in flip but I may rent this one out next year.
