Fireplace or no fireplace? šŸ”„

Iā€™m closing on a quad next week. Each unit has a fireplace but none of the wood burning fireplaces are functional. Have other investors found that there is great value in having functional fireplaces? Iā€™m just wondering if Iā€™ll be able to increase rents to a point where repairing all fireplaces is advantageous.
