Just signed contract on a log cabin home on 2 acres

Just signed a contract on a log home on 2 acres (heavily wooded creek lot) in very desirable area of North Dallas. Inspections scheduled for next week (both a general inspection and an engineering inspection of foundation and structure).

If the deal holds, this will most likely be used by family, which will free up one of my rentals to move from 'family rate' to 'market rate'.

Keeping my fingers crossed that there are no major hidden structural issues with the home.
