Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Niceville.

Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $7,200

Great duplex that just continues to increase in value annually. Both sides are 3 bedroom with 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Fenced in backyard and an attached storage. Central air conditioning, gas heat, and gas water heater. Niceville schools on this side of the street.

I love multifamilies

Represented myself as a Realtor and found the deal on the MLS.
