Hi all! First time posting here. Been watching behind the scenes for MONTHS now. I've been analyzing a deal or two a day and trying to get my first property, but having trouble pulling the trigger. Looking for others opinions on this triplex I analyzed this morning. I am already pre-approved for the terms and interest rates these numbers were figured at as well. Biggest concern to me, and I could be over thinking it, is the inheriting of tenants (listing says tenants want to stay). This would be my first deal and I would rather be able to screen my tenants, at least for my first property.  I would be managing the property myself (for now) but I included property management fee's into the numbers.  What are everyone's standard procedures here? Can you ask for rent rolls upfront? Or credit reports from the current tenants? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! And if I'm missing information to help please let me know. Thanks!!
