I purchased this cute little duplex with my fiancé using an FHA loan as a house hack and a way to kick start our investment career. This particular property had little work that needed to be done to it, but we are hoping that our next property will need some rehab so we can BRRRR it!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The idea of a house hack was really exciting to me because we would be able to pay down our mortgage without using much of our own money.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Our realtor was Krista Hartmann and our lender was Joe Poropat. I would recommend both of them in a heartbeat!
