Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Fall River.

Purchase price: $750,000
Cash invested: $220,000

This property is a project. 18 unit renovation happening now when reno and rent increases are done. This property will cashflow 8k+ monthly. reno cost is around 200k(bank loaned :p)

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Taunton Federal Credit union made the magic happen here lending use over 900k for reno and purchase.
i was my own agent on this deal.

@Frank Patalano Frank, There 12 2 bedroom and 6 3 bedroom and a store front which we are going to convert to a laundry for the building. We also have a 30 car parking lot
