I lived in this condo for several years and rented it out when I moved to the US.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was a beginner and it was easy because I already owned it. I think I could sell it and make more money investing elsewhere. If not, it will be paid off just as my daughter hits college age and will pay for her education.

Just a normal home buy.

Normal UK bank loan.

It has been frustrating to watch the prices of homes throughout the city double while this luxury condo has stayed the same for over a decade.
