Across the street from oil refinery. Renting by room.

Paint, doors, door jams, windows, kitchen cabinets, granite counter, hardbacking and ceramic tiling, toilets, furnished.
What was the outcome?
Work in progress. Will update! Currently finishing up tiling.

Renting by the room can be just as great as multi units. More similar opportunities near colleges and refineries.
