New to investing and new to this site

Hello, my name is Jim and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets site and new to Real Estate investing. I live in Burlington, Ontario Canada so if there are any other Canadians on here it would be great to hear from you as well. I will be utilizing the buy and hold method(multi family) and the goal is to replace my wife's and my salary within 2 years. If anyone has any advise or can point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.
