Single-family residence note investment investment.

We have been closing real estate transactions since 2007. Our company has been purchasing NPNs and PNs for 2 years. The notes our company has purchased are in IL, IN, KS, MI, MS, NC, PA.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

No tenants, toilets or trash to worry about.
