New Orleans Cottage 2

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in New Orleans.

This was a 2nd New Orleans cottage we purchased during renovation of the neighboring property. Our team completed a complete renovation, interior and exterior, and total new design.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was a neighboring property that was very run down, so we purchased it to raise the value of our current flip.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Door Knocking

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money

How did you add value to the deal?

Complete renovation and modern design

What was the outcome?

Sold very quickly for more than our original flip next door.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We learned that we are not the type of flippers who paint houses and mark them up and sell them. We want our projects to be a cut above anything on the market. We add as much value as possible and hope they sell for what we want. We refuse to put out an inferior product.
