It was listed on MLS. The house was in very poor condition, and required a cash buyer.

Hard Money

How did you add value to the deal?

We completely reconfigured the floor plan, and restored the house to new condition with modern amenities and great spaces.

This was a great project, we sold it quickly. Very proud of the way it turned out.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We have to get better at managing the project, and not getting distracted by the next deal.
