Purchased this 100 year old cottage home as a total redo. We reconfigured the floor layout, flip included a new roof, all new plumbing, electrical, windows, everything is new.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love bringing new life into older homes

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

At the local county auction.

Hard money

Lender and flipper

What was the outcome?

Sold to a first time home buyer, improved the neighborhood and made a good return on the investment.

Hiring licensed contractors was the challenge, lessons learned; turn the job quicker to sale when the market is at peak season.
