Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in New Orleans.

Sale price: $980,000

Great Project we recently completed. This was a total gut and complete restoration. It required new foundation, mechanical, extensive framing repairs, etc. Our in house design team did a great job selecting the finishes, and this house sold quickly.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Our in house team specializes in large historic restorations.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

FSBO, negotiated directly with owners.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money.

How did you add value to the deal?

Total renovation and interior design plan.

What was the outcome?

Great outcome, very profitable.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

The biggest challenge always seems to be completion time.
