First Wholesale Deal Zero down , $9,900 Profit

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Boyertown.

Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $10
Sale price: $110,000

This was my very first deal. A traditional wholesale deal with a motivated seller, to a cash buyer.

I had a few bandit signs in the area, got a call from the seller that wanted out to move up state. I made a connection with the cash buyer a few weeks earlier on another potential wholesale deal that fell through and he was able to close on it a few weeks later. I ended up paying for the title search out of my profit, so i netted about $9,900 after everything was said and done.
