Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Greeneville.
Purchase price: $104,000
Cash invested: $5,000
I live in one side of a duplex and rent the other. Has been a positive experience and really made me more financially free. It was a great learning tool as I have bought another rental property as well

Take care of your tenants. Be firm but understanding. Always try do preventative maintenance
