St. Louis Wholesale Partnerships
I'm interested in meeting people in St. Louis or investors that wholesale around the country. I have a good book of buyers and am looking to wholesale in certain parts of St. Louis. My problem is getting the houses to tie up, etc. Therefore, I would like to partner with someone local or even someone that has the ability to get me/partner in the house to work the magic. What's the best way to go about this. Not a fan of Craigslist. If we can get in the house and the numbers work, which I'm sure we can make work, the house will wholesaled if a deal exists. The problem is finding a good partner to compliment each other. Thoughts?
