Hi BP!

I just submitted my first offer on an investment property about 25 minutes ago. I made a lot of mistakes, and it's likely going to be rejected, but I took action. I already have a second property targeted, and I'm working on how to better talk to sellers. You'll see a second post once I make that first call. I know these aren't purchases, but I consider every new step a success. The more I do it, the easier it will get, and the sooner I'll land a deal.

Cheers!
