Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Washington.

Purchase price: $165,000
Cash invested: $130,000
Sale price: $465,000

Our first fix & flip. We were featured on First Time Flippers on the DIY Network. The episode is called Flipping Down The Aisle. This definitely gave us the bug to keep growing our real estate business through the cash injection. We utilized a hard money lender to get the project done.
