Real estate license in Idaho when wholesaling?

Hello all, I've been hearing lots of different things when it comes to having a real estate license and being able to wholesale. Some people are saying that you don't have to have one if you 1, state in your contract that you are a company "for profit". And 2, if you state that you are "not licensed realtors" in you contract. They are also saying that you only need a license for wholesaling if you are selling a home or signing a contract to a homeowner. Apparently you don't need to have one if you are selling a home or a signing a contract to another investor. I would love anyone's feedback on this issue! I was thinking that it probably varies per state.. I live in Idaho and and not sure. Thanks, Luke
