Buy quick in bad neighborhood v. Save for good neighborhood
When first starting out, using a buy and hold strategy with little capital is it better to
1. Purchase a house in a bad neighborhood with the little capital available to create cash flow in order to grow capital faster for the next house
Or
2. Continue to save money until a deal in a good neighborhood is more attainable.
