Buy quick in bad neighborhood v. Save for good neighborhood
When first starting out, using a buy and hold strategy with little capital is it better to
1. Purchase a house in a bad neighborhood with the little capital available to create cash flow in order to grow capital faster for the next house
Or
2. Continue to save money until a deal in a good neighborhood is more attainable.

going to take you a LOT longer to save up for the good area when you spend what you have now on the bad area.
Your cash flow is going to get you nowhere when you need a repair/move out.
