Should we bother? Prices are dropping through the floor....FURNISHED!

My family lives in Knoxville, which would make this a summer place for us and a rental the rest of the year!

Isnt summer the time you want to rent it? If you are using it you will not make any money. If you just want a place to hang out in the summer, the Smokey Mountains are very pretty and I would love to have a place there.

Don't rent to the "Miami Bible Club," that is what we rented our cabins under when my fraternity went there every year.
