Seller financing from a Canadian Citizen for California house
Hello, I'm looking to purchase another investment property, this one from a Canadian Citizen. The house is owned free and clear in California, where I live. The seller is in Canada. Does anyone have any input on whether that is OK to purchase this way? I've done several buy/sell with owner financing, but never with a non US seller/owner. Any feedback is much appreciated.
