Hi, I've been using the Buy & Hold analysis tool. I'm not clear on how the following are calculated in the "analysis over time" section – can someone help explain? 

  • Property Value
  • Equity
  • Loan Balance
  • Total Profit if Sold *
  • Annualized Total Return
