Im a newbe and I have an uncle who has 2 duplex and 4 retail property’s. I have been learning and reading about real estate for the past four month and just found out that he is ready st start selling some of his property’s would it be best for my to buy his property’s one at a time or should I partner with him I’m thinking if I partner with him I’m not sure how to do this . Any advice would be good. I am from Texas Thanks
